Our aim is to encourage and empower students to develop these skills while at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ, helping them achieve their full potential and progress into their chosen careers.
However, developing these skills often requires students to engage in internships, workshops, networking events, and extracurricular activities – opportunities that can be financially challenging for many. This is where your financial support becomes invaluable.
By easing the financial burden, you can help students to fully immerse themselves in these career-enhancing experiences without the stress of juggling multiple part-time jobs or accumulating debt. Additionally, we're committed to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, providing students with the resources and support to explore their own business ideas and gain vital entrepreneurial skills.
Through the Annual Fund, the Student Futures Fund will invest in our students’ future career success, bridging the gap between education and employment, and ultimately contributing to a more skilled and prepared workforce.
Your support could help:
- £50 could provide a weekly travel pass for Zone 1-6 in London, enabling students to access vital networking and professional development opportunities.
- £100 could contribute towards the cost of food, equipment or other expenses associated with an internship or entrepreneurial workshop.
- £150 could help a student purchase appropriate footwear and clothing for an interview or work placement, boosting their confidence and professionalism.
- £500 could fund associated costs for a career-focused conference (registration, travel, accommodation), exposing students to industry insights and networks.
- £1,000 could enable a student to participate in a career-enhancing internship or startup incubator programme, accelerating their entrepreneurial journey.
