Inclusivity and culture is one of our strategic priorities in our , and recognition by Stonewall, one of the biggest charity organisations in Europe supporting the lived experience of individuals who identify as LGBT+, is a significant milestone as we work towards achieving our ambitions.

Our People plan states that by 2030 we will have embedded an approach to equality, diversity and inclusion that values our unique identities and contributions in everything we do, making us a positive force for change. This external assessment of our environment and work with and for LGBT+ staff is one of the ways we can measure our progress and success. While there is still much to do, it’s a huge step in the right direction.
