IT and Library Services

Computer Labs (Open Access)

The open access computing facilities offered by IT and Library Services provide clusters of PC and Mac computers across campus; in dedicated labs, open areas and within libraries, accessible to staff and students.

These systems provide either an internet-connected Windows 10, or Mac OS desktop with a suite of applications to aid learning and research including Microsoft Office, the University Portal and faculty specialism software. Assistance, to both staff and students, in labs and libraries is provided by either a local support staff member, telephone contact to the IT Service Desk.

The service is available to all members of university staff and students

    09.00 - 17.00 weekdays other than University and Bank Holidays
