Dr Kenisha Linton
Associate Professor of Management (Teaching and Scholarship)
Dr Kenisha Linton joined the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ in spring 2016. She obtained her PhD in Management at Royal Holloway, University of London in 2014. Her research examines equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in organisations, and she has worked with various organisations, such as the police services in England, the NHS, UK civil service, school and higher education institutions, to examine EDI issues and provide a context-based approach to managing equality and diversity in the workplace.
Kenisha is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE), an Academic Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), a member of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), and a Fellow of the Institute for Educational and Social Equity.

Research / Scholarly interests
Kenisha’s research examines the experiences of women and minority ethnic employees in various organisational contexts, such as the police service, NHS, education, and the UK civil service. Her work promotes a context-based approach to understanding and managing equality, diversity and inclusion at work. Kenisha also conducts research on the experiences and outcomes of minority ethnic students and staff in UK higher education institutions. Kenisha is engaged in various collaborative research projects in the areas of human resource management; equality, diversity and inclusion; and cross-cultural management.
