Dr. Humeyra Dogru-Dastan is a Lecturer in Marketing and Tourism at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ. Before joining the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ, she was a visiting researcher at the University of Florida sponsored by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. She completed her Ph.D. in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylul University, where she has worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer. Her research interest focuses on tourism marketing, consumer behaviour and sustainable consumption. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and she has presented her research at number of international conferences. She has also worked for professional and commercial bodies such as Booking.com and Tatil.com as marketing specialist and hotels coordinator Turkey.
