Amy Moon

Dr Amy Moon BSc, PhD

Senior Research Fellow

Amy Moon joined the university in 2008 and is a Senior Research Fellow within the Institute for Lifecourse Development at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ. Amy is primarily affiliated to the Centre for Vulnerable Children and Families, where she co-leads the Youth Wellbeing Theme.

Responsibilities within the university

Amy is responsible for overseeing the management of research projects and developing new collaborative projects.

Research / Scholarly interests

Amy's research interests lie in social and developmental psychology, specifically:

  • Wellbeing, emotions and resilience in early adulthood
  • Psycho-social predictive factors of youth antisocial behaviour
  • Widening participation and social inclusion

  • 2019, GRE Seedling Fund, A collaboration to explore opportunities for funding to investigate sustainable positive wellbeing practices for TFL staff and to grow links with small and large-scale industrial partners.
