Information on how to get your results and academic transcripts

Academic Transcripts

An academic transcript is a record of your academic achievement whilst studying at the University, and includes a breakdown of modules and results. You will receive a final and official academic transcript with your certificate upon graduation.

If you are a current student and you require an academic transcript, you should contact your local Student Centre (with your Greenwich student ID number) and a member of staff should be able to discuss the options available to you.  If we are able to produce anything, we can only provide transcripts for completed years of study: for example, if you are in your second year we can give you a transcript for your first year of study. We cannot produce interim transcripts (part of a year), therefore if you require your grades from your current year of study we advise you print them off from the section of the portal.

If you have recently completed your studies an email will be sent to the personal email address held by the university, 3 weeks after your results have been published on the Student Portal with a link to the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ Digital Documents Service where you can register to view and/or order your award documentation.

If you are a past student and would like another official copy of your academic transcript, you can purchase it via the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ Digital Documents Service. Please read the guidelines here.

Results Letters

Your results letter will be published on the Student Portal. We aim to publish all student results letters within 10 working days of the Progression and Award Board meeting.  If you are unsure of the date of your Board meeting, you can contact your programme team using the contact details provided in your Programme Handbook.

If you are unable to log into the portal, please email itservicedesk@greenwich.ac.uk or telephone +44(0) 20 8331 7555 and our IT support staff will be happy to help.
