Accessing the Service
The International Student Advice Service is available to you, if you meet any of the following criteria:
- You hold a current offer to study at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ
- You are a registered student of the university
- You were a registered student of the university within the last 6 months

If you cannot access the self-referral form because you do not have access to university systems, please email us at internationaladvice@gre.ac.uk with details of your situation and your student ID number. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can help you as quickly as possible.
How Self-Referrals Work
Once a has been completed, we will assess your information and will shortly contact you regarding the next steps. If you need an appointment, we will arrange this with you. We will give you guidance and advise on your situation, until you feel clearer on your options and have a better understanding of how the immigration rules apply to you.
We aim to respond to all Self-Referrals within 5 working days.
Immigration Advice Workshops
We run workshops every month on the most common topics that students ask questions about. This includes advice on extending a Student Visa, getting a Graduate Route Visa, and what work you can do when you hold a Student Visa. We also run workshops on other topics. At our workshops you will get guidance and advice from one of the immigration advice team and also opportunity to ask any questions you have.
