Organisational funding

Many external organisations provide funding to prospective and current students for tuition fees, maintenance and research expenses.

The Student Disability Association Fund

The Student Disability Assistance Fund helps students with disabilities to keep up with their studies. The maximum award amount is £500. Students must be on a full-time course.

For UK citizens, the Fulbright Commission offers a variety of grants and places on programmes in the US. Scholars are selected through a rigorous application process and receive a high level of support ranging from visa processing and health insurance to a comprehensive pre-departure orientation.

The Hockerill Foundation

The foundation makes individual grants of £500 to £1,000 for teacher training with a priority in Religious Education. Its awards are based on financial circumstances. The Walcot Foundation provides grants to low-income Lambeth residents, mainly under 30 years old, to help with further education. are now live and ready for students to make an application to receive £2,500 to support them through their next year of study. In order to apply, students must:

  • Have a My Blueprint for All profile (this is free and easy to set up )
  • Be a person of diverse ethnic heritage aged 18-30.
  • Be a UK citizen (Non-international students only)
  • Have a combined household income of £30,000 or less
  • Have started or plan to start a higher education course (undergraduate degree or masters)
  • Be studying or applying to study in the following fields: architecture, architectural design & technology, interior architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and architectural engineering.
