You can collect your card from any campus, you don't need to visit the one where you'll be studying.
Once you've completed your Online Registration and sent your qualifications to us for your document checks, you'll need to book to collect your Greenwich Gateway card from one of our three main campuses.
When you collect your student card, you'll need to bring an original form of identification to complete your in-person ID check.
If you chose the University as your BRP collection location, you must make sure you visit the address listed on your UKVI decision letter (usually sent to you by email). You must bring your original passport to collect your BRP.
Greenwich
If you’d like to collect your Student ID card from our Greenwich campus or your UKVI decision letter lists the Greenwich Maritime Student Centre as your collection location, book your slot below using the relevant link.
If you do not book a slot to collect your ID or BRP card at Greenwich, you will not be seen and may need to return another day if there are no slots available. Please make sure you have booked using the correct Eventbrite event.
Avery Hill
If you’d like to collect your Student ID card from our Avery Hill campus, book your slot below using the relevant link.
Medway
If you’d like to collect your Student ID card from our Medway campus or your UKVI decision letter lists the Blake Student Centre as your collection location, book your slot below using the relevant link.
If you are a UGIC student and your UKVI collection point is Blake Student Centre, our team will transfer your BRP card to the Greenwich Maritime campus as you will be studying there for your first year. Once your BRP is at Greenwich, you will receive email confirmation from the Student Centre.
